CHECK 01
Make a suitable place for the check
Pause the outing and choose a place where a low-volume sound check will not disturb people or wildlife. Keep playback low while troubleshooting so a restored connection does not surprise you.
CHECK 02
Check both power sources
Confirm that the caller and remote are powered as described in the supplied guide. Check their charge or installed batteries separately. Follow the guide for battery type, orientation, and charging requirements.
CHECK 03
Check selection, volume, and mute
Look at the selected sound and current volume. Check whether playback is paused or muted using the supplied operating instructions. Change one setting at a time, then check the result.
CHECK 04
Check the connection
Place the caller and remote closer together in a suitable position, and follow the guide's connection or pairing procedure. Do not improvise a factory reset. If the issue continues or equipment is damaged, stop using it until the fault has been addressed.
A useful next step.
