Which model is the launch model?
Standard is the model offered for purchase. It pairs a dedicated caller with a remote that includes white and red field light.
Does Standard include thermal?
No. Standard has no thermal imaging. Pro is our Coming soon thermal direction and is not available for order or preorder.
When can I buy Pro?
Pro is Coming soon. A release date, price, and final sensor specifications have not been announced. We will update the Models page when those details are ready.
Do I need a phone to use the system?
Standard uses a dedicated remote and caller. A phone is not required for call control. Keep your separate navigation and communication needs in your outdoor plan.
Are white and red lights separate from the caller?
The white and red field lights are part of the handheld remote. The caller is the separate sound source. See The System for the arrangement.
Does the remote light replace all other lighting?
Plan lighting for the whole outing. Integrated field light is useful in hand; a separate hands-free light and a backup can still be appropriate for your route and conditions.
Where do I find pairing and programming instructions?
Use the quick-start guide supplied with your kit for the exact pairing, control, and preset-programming steps. Our online preparation guides help you organize the process without inventing button sequences.
Does adding to the cart place an order?
No. The cart saves your selected Standard system in this browser. An order requires completing the secure checkout flow and receiving confirmation from the checkout provider.
Can I return to my cart?
Yes. The Standard cart is saved for this browser. Open Buy Now to view it again, or use Remove system from cart. Clearing this site's saved data also removes the cart.
What happens if checkout is unavailable?
The site shows an error and does not complete an order. A saved cart is not payment confirmation. Do not assume an order was placed without a successful checkout confirmation.
What does the field checklist save?
It saves the checked item identifiers in local storage on this browser. It does not upload a route, a trip location, or a packing list to our server.
Can I turn off website measurement?
Yes. Open Privacy & data choices to disable first-party view measurement or erase this browser's saved visitor events and cart. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also suppress view measurement.
