Which model can I order?
Standard is our launch model: a dedicated caller and a remote with call controls, a landscape display, and white + red light. Pro thermal is coming soon and is not available to order.
Does Standard include thermal?
No. Standard brings together calling controls and white + red light. Integrated thermal is reserved for the upcoming Pro edition. Pro pricing, specifications, and launch timing will be shared later.
Does each system include the caller?
Yes. The Standard system includes the dedicated caller and Standard remote, along with the power and carry essentials listed in the box.
Can I use the light while calling?
Yes. Light and calling controls are independent, so you can use the red or white field light without changing the current call.
Does the caller stop when the remote sleeps?
No. The dedicated caller maintains playback independently. The remote display can sleep while the sound continues.
Is a phone required?
No. The dedicated remote gives you direct access to your caller without relying on a phone.
