CHECK 01

Know the two parts

Standard pairs a dedicated caller with a handheld remote. The remote includes white and red field light; Standard has no thermal imaging. Check the System page and the supplied quick-start guide to identify the parts of your kit.

CHECK 02

Read the supplied instructions

Use the supplied guide for charging, battery installation, pairing, playback, and preset programming. Follow the exact controls and power requirements shown there. Do not guess a pairing sequence or a button-hold duration.

CHECK 03

Practice in an appropriate place

Check power, select a sound, test low-volume playback, then mute. Learn the light controls separately. Keep the practice session away from wildlife and other people who could be disturbed by playback.

CHECK 04

Organize the next outing

Give the remote, caller, cables, and outdoor essentials a regular place. Use our field checklist for a repeatable packing check, and follow the instructions supplied with each item in your kit.

A useful next step.
